Heavy clouds weighing over the E25 motorway bridge over the Meuse. The E25 is one of the longest and most amphibian European motorways, starting in the Netherlands, crossing Belgium (bisecting Liège) and most of France, running through the north of Italy and then taking the ferry to Corsica, Sardinia and Sicily.

We had about the same sky over Waterloo ! it looked so dangerous but finally the sun came out again !

Your description just makes me want to set off south. We keep talking about driving to Austria/Italy one year, instead of taking the boring not-so-Easyjet, but living so far north it's a long drive just to get to the bottom of the UK.
