The Château de Colonster belongs to the University of Liège . It is used for official functions, usually hosted by the Rector himself. It also features a haute cuisine restaurant called La Crypte, staffed by students from the University's School of Catering.

Beautiful building! I like this tower!
That ivy-covered tower is pretty fetching. Looks as if the main structure gets plenty of light.
I think that's wonderful! A restaurant where the students can hone their craft. And it's a lovely old building too.
