This statue is so ugly it was worth revisiting. I first posted a picture of it here but the horror of its craftsmanship can only be revealed by an extreme close up on a sunny day...
I have passed by this statue many times. Admittedly I found it quite fascinating. The one girl leap frogging over the other. It is alongside the river Meuse close to the Aquarium.

I saw another ugly statue on a post elsewhere recently. Can't figure out why the sculpture likes to make something ugly!
