Believe it or not, this building lies right in the heart of the historic city centre of Liège... Someone started doing some work way back but didn't get past piling some bricks on the roof. In the meantime, it serves as a welcome shelter for pigeons when it snows.

They did something similar to an historic building here, snow piled up, and it fell down!

What would you like to see done with this building, Greg?
A pretty sight with the snow, but sad that it's neglected. Maybe a sign on top with "Help - put a roof over my head!" would get some new action.
