In need of attention

Glorious façade, but in need of some serious renovation. There's many buildings like that in Liège. This one is on the Quai de Maëstricht.

Pont Kennedy

Yet another church, Liège really is full of the them. This one features a nice lighting effect. The windows glow green when the sun hits them at the right angle.

Yesterday I showed you a tub of chips. Today I am presenting its most popular use.

I hope you won't think that this photo is too much of a cliché. If you do, remember that some clichés have become cliché because they are true. Here is a tub of chips in its natural environment. Yet another reason for moving to Belgium. The sauce is mayonnaise. Exactly what John Travolta said in Pulp Fiction although in the Netherlands they also eat chips with peanut butter (they call it pindakaas, peanut cheese)...

Voix sur Meuse

A choral event was held today on the quayside in front of the Museum of Science. Practically all the local choirs participated, up to 500 singers.

There were several stages, one of which on a boat.

These are the headquarters of a recent urban development. The developer promises us 'unique panoramas' and 'a prestigious environment'. Apparently, these prestigious apartments are 'reserved for a few privileged ones'. Their telephone number and web address are on the photo if you feel privileged enough...
