Many residential buildings in Liege have decoration over the entrance in Art Deco style. They range from the weird to the beautiful. I think that this one is quite scary, despite the flowers and butterflies.
really enjoyed the art deco decorations on the buildings. thanks for posting them - sometimes it is the smaller details of a city that helps make it a vacation destination....

great detail. I like the idea of having the doors decorated. you don't need address numbers. just look for the white gargoyle . . .
possibly slightly scary, but at least it has a serious nature about it
