Today, for the first time since I moved to Liege (2.5 years ago), I saw someone trying to do some work on this building. I hope that they will actually do something about it, not just assess the level of the damage.
Maintenance of a roof should be done more frequently in order to last for years. Roof is the most important part of a house. It is better to hire a good roof contractor to do the job. Good to know that there is a contractor in this field that specializes in roof repairs and maintenance.
