Cityview

A general view of the Quai de la Batte, featuring the city administration building (horrible tall monstrosity with stain on the side), the Citadel Hospital (on top of the hill) and some cute older buildings.

    Yikes, that really is an ugly building. Sadly we have one or two similar high-rises in Sweden as well.

    I thought at first the stain was some sort of city logo, the sort that councils pay a company hundreds of thousands to design...
