The Château de Colonster belongs to the University of Liège . It is used for official functions, usually hosted by the Rector himself. It also features a haute cuisine restaurant called La Crypte, staffed by students from the University's School of Catering.

ReplyDeleteI think that's wonderful! A restaurant where the students can hone their craft. And it's a lovely old building too.
