Kennedy Tower

The fifth tallest residential building in Belgium, second tallest in Liège. It's sooooo 70s.

    Essence of 70s. If you Google 'David Hume Tower Edinburgh photos' you'll see Edinburgh's equivalent. Sadly it's a University building, and is now listed (preservation order).
